All leased beats share 50/50 royalty splits between artist and producer. Artist has 4 months to create and put a song recording using the instrumental. Failure to comply to the terms will give CPR and or the producer right to resale the instrumental.
All exclusive owned beats will give artist 100% royalty rights and unlimited time to create a song recording using the instrumental.
